Have you been Bonvoyed?

Staying here since 1/19/22.
Keyless entry worked approximately 2 weeks, then nothing.
Front desk blames Marriott.
Marriott blames front desk.
No resolution.
I stayed in a RI in Bath Maine last week.
No keyless entry.
Front desk stated it has not been operational for months and Is systemwide Marriott issue.?????
