I did mobile check-in and actually received a confirmation notification that my room was available. I even was selected for an upgraded suite. I get to the hotel and guess what??? NO ROOM KEYS WAITING FOR ME! I was then told that the girl on duty earlier dis not complete the mobile check in correctly and they gave me an upgrade and took it back and now she had to put me in a regular club room, even though I actually booked and paid extra for a corner club room. False advertising because the Manager said they dont offer an additional charge selection for a corner club rooms. (Not what my travel agent site shows! I even took a screenshot). In any case, there is no excellent customer service to rectify the error or compensate me for the false advertising or the fake “room ready, with upgrade” notification! The Managers are very passive! Horrible! Why am I labeled as a Titanium member when it means absolutely nothing!
