Once upon a time when you opened a dispute case because of a serious customer service failure the GM at the property was -required- to at least respond to you. Only a few times prior to the merger did I ever need to open a case in my 18 year platinum status- not only did they answer it was resolved immediately. I am still waiting since March 5th to get a so much as a response from the GM at the Miami Airport Marriott on 2 open cases. The titanium/ platinum line for help isn’t anymore, the staff is combative and barely competent to resolve issues. The old days are certainly gone and I’m a 18 year lifetime Platinum (Titanium) loyal member who’s mad as HELL. Hello Hilton.....Hyatt... anyone else but here and I’m taking my coworkers and team members with me.
