After multiple complaints and two responses from Marriott who obviously didn?ó?é¼?äót even read my concerns, I was finally fed up and called. I was never given the appropriate amount of points for ?ó?é¼?ôgoing green?ó?é¼?¥ during my stay or given points or breakfast as required by their program when no concierge is available. It took weeks to get a response instead of days. I will only call from this point on.
