After multiple complaints and two responses from Marriott who obviously didn’t even read my concerns, I was finally fed up and called. I was never given the appropriate amount of points for “going green” during my stay or given points or breakfast as required by their program when no concierge is available. It took weeks to get a response instead of days. I will only call from this point on.
