I booked 2 nights through a third party online site. My flight got cancelled and I was supposed to fly the next morning. I called the hotel the same night and informed them of the situation and asked to hold my reservation for the remaining night. Next morning upon arrival to California I called them again to make sure I have a room. They assured me that I do and shouldn?ó?é¼?äót worry. Well of course when I finally got to the hotel they told me they cancelled my reservation are fully booked and won?ó?é¼?äót refund me for the night they cancelled. The staff including the manager were annoying, obnoxious, provocative, rude and extremely irritating.
