I booked 2 nights through a third party online site. My flight got cancelled and I was supposed to fly the next morning. I called the hotel the same night and informed them of the situation and asked to hold my reservation for the remaining night. Next morning upon arrival to California I called them again to make sure I have a room. They assured me that I do and shouldn’t worry. Well of course when I finally got to the hotel they told me they cancelled my reservation are fully booked and won’t refund me for the night they cancelled. The staff including the manager were annoying, obnoxious, provocative, rude and extremely irritating.
