Have you been Bonvoyed?

I stayed in July/August 2018 just before the migration to one program and still to this day despite 5 phone calls 3 missing points claims online dont have points allocated to my account. Marriott have well and truly screwed a once great SPG program with Bonvoy that I am reevaluating my hotel program. All my travels are self funded and if these issues persist I can see Marriott gone very soon
