Have you been Bonvoyed?

Booked a 2-day, fully refundable stay at Sheraton Grand Rio, found a much cheaper rate on another website, and cancelled Marriott booking within 3 days. A month later, the $542 refund still hadn?ó?é¼?äót posted. 5 phone calls with the hotel and 2 weeks later, a $516 refund shows up on my credit card. They?ó?é¼?äóve worn me down enough that I?ó?é¼?äóm not even sure if the lost $25 is worth the additional phone call!
