    Horrible experience.. and followed up by worse one

    On March 5th I stayed in the FIS Viera Town Center. At 2:14am another two guest walk into my room awaking me. Apparently they were given keys to my room on accident. I talked to Marriott customer service to file the notice. They said they would provide 50,000 points for the horrible experience. On March 11th I was charged $1,342 erroneously. I called in to get those charges removed and apparently it was another guest stay charged on my card by “accident”. I called twice a week to get these charges removed always being told its in processs. Marriott would get back to me after they conduced an “investigation” which is total nonsense. I never heard any word on the findings of this investigation they did for no reason. Finally on March 29th it was removed when I called an finally got ahold of a manager at the hotel. She told me that she would request 75,000 points to make up for the month long horror..... It is now April 6th and neither 50,000 or 75,000 points have been added to my account
