Stayed three nights for business and my points never showed up. I called -- and unfortunately the operator and I could not communicate very well (language barriers). She credited me the 1000 points I mentioned for requesting no room services, but I still have never seen the 3000+ points I should have earned on the stay. Someone suggested I call the hotel directly. I did that and they said they would forward the document to Bonvoy to take care of. I doubt I'll ever see those points. The whole system seems much less customer-friendly. I don't stay a lot, but when I do I have been loyal to Marriott for years. We are re-thinking that.
