Staying the weekend in las vegas, the hotel appears to be empty based on current availability but get denied my suite night upgrades due to availability. An hour after getting the lack of suite night availability email, the concierge sends the typical welcome email advertising all the wonderful things there is to do in vegas and he would be happy to assist arranging any of those activities..... and PS, he would be happy to upgrade my room if I was willing to pay more...
