Booked a King bed about a month prior for a one night stay in Miami. Showed up at 10 PM and they didn't have our room anymore... instead of apologizing or trying to fix, they put us in 2 double-beds. The concierge lounge was suppose to have breakfast until 10 and at a few minutes to 9:00 am every chaffing dish was empty. Attendant at the lounge offered us a health bar. All refreshments were gone too. Called the customer service number to complain about the reservation and they opened a case where someone from the hotel was to call me back. No one did... waited 45 minutes to get it resolved on 3 different escalations at their customer service. Hold music has all this static. Horrible customer service system.
