Marriott help line cancelled and re-booked my reservations when attempting to add a night on my reservation resulting in change in nightly points from 35k to 50k. Bono you said they would fix with 60k points to make up the difference. The points never showed and had to cancel reservation and book ata a lower tier hotel. Help line is impossible to get a live person who is helpful. Employees just seem angry at everyone. Sad that what was a great customer experience has gone so horribly wrong. Considering a switch to Hilton.
