Have you been Bonvoyed?

They're just the worst and are managed terribly. Stay at the Canopy by Hilton just a few blocks away! So nice and brand new. Much better customer service.

they do not care about 'bonvoy' members, period. only celebrities and wealthy guests get red carpet service. they blatantly tried to overcharge me for a room upgrade (it was cheaper online than the rate they gave me at the front desk to go from my room to a larger room). they do what they want because they're the 'nicest' property in scottsdale, but that's changing soon. stay somewhere else or go to airbnb. even if you're ambassador level (like i am), they don't give a damn who you are or what type of marriott status you hold. corporate needs to step in and review this place. their reviews online are NOT flattering.
