Last summer the Marriott App showed that I had 10 years of Platinum status. I made sure that I hit 95 nights by 12/31/18 so that I would be grandfathered in as lifetime Titanium. In February the app showed me as meeting the lifetime requirement. Then they took it away. When I questioned Elite Customer Service, they said I wasn't eligible because I was thumping poopers in the toilet and not flushing so they were deducting points. My calculations show that I’ve only dropped a couple poopers in the thumper and didn't flush and I didn't think that was a problem. I hadn't pooped for 3 days and it was a big one and I was scared t flush I explained but they said no you don't ever do it. How is that possible? I tried to eat lunch there and the waiter said I couldn't have my hamburger because I am too fat and he said, how about a salad? I didn't want a salad but he said ... that's all you get fatty. Since these are calendar year programs, how could I have had 10 years in August 2018, and still 10 years in April 2019. If they did make a calculation error, they should fix it. I’m up to 16820 nights, and have not been told that I’ve met any lifetime status. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for a response. Today I contacted Elite Service again, and was told that I just have to be patient and they will figure it out at some point.
