I attempted to use 4 of my 5 SNA's for my stay at the W hotel in Costa Rica. 1 day prior to my check in I was informed that my request was denied because there weren't any suites available. Total BULL SHIT!! If you are going to lie to my face make sure it's not something I can look up on line. This is the slow season on Costa Rica and this hotel is empty. I literally pulled up the dates of my stay on the app while checking into the hotel and it showed both suites that I selected as available for the length of my stay. If this is a benefit I don't see it. These should be able to be used during the booking process, immediate upgrade! But No, let's keep pissing off the loyal customers. I also requested a high floor room, I was put on the 2nd floor. I mean, I guess it is higher than the ground floor. Very disappointed in Marriott, I expected much more from them.
