Complaints for: Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel

    The Renaissance Amsterdam took months to reply to an email regarding the fact they were selling base rooms but only have club level available for points with an additional hefty fee. They offered to waive the fee as I am a Platinum.
    By this point, the hotel had increased form 35,000/night to 50,000 a night, though I had a reservation from before this. They offered to credit me some points, but ended up not crediting the full amount. I pointed this out and didn't hear back until a week before that they were not waiving the fee. Adds hundreds of euros to my bill.
