So far, I have logged 2 missing Stay requests for this Stay. The first time, I received a prompt reply that the points had already posted to my account. I checked online and the stay was not there. I submitted another missing stay form and was asked to call to verify my account for security purposes. I called and the agent did not know why I received a message to call. She found the Stay, which wasn’t hidden from view because no points were awarded. She tried to tell me that the hotel likely does not grant points. I pointed out that the few “limited participation” hotels are marked as not granting points on the property page. The Moxy is not one that does not grant points. She finally referred the case back to the Moxy, who said that they do grant points and that they should post in a few days. Nothing yet, but I’m not encouraged by other commenters’ experiences.
I would love nothing more than for these issues to be resolved. I love the Marriott and SPG hotels.
